Charming stay. Splendid furnishings!

The interconnecting rooms we had the run of were just wonderful. they all were splendidly furnished and decorated with period ornaments. the buffet spread contained an excellent assortment. There was actually too much food! the catering staff helped us a lot.
The tv signal was a bit weak in my room. It kept cutting out every few seconds. i would've preferred a stronger signal to prevent this. it made watching tv a bit difficult.

The four poster room was beautiful. it seemed to have been recently refurbished. there were original wood shutters on the windows. I liked it.

The food served in the pub was generous. It was also very tasty. i enjoyed the breakfast. It was beautifully cooked and very filling. this definitely set us up well for the day.

Callum, a member of the check in staff, was very accommodating and friendly. i requested a fan. I received one right away. the manager karen was very helpful, she accommodated our every need.

The room featured A FOUR poster bed! and a modern shower room. Breakfast cost extra but included toast, cereals, tea and juice. The hotel bar offers cask beers.
I noticed the bedroom HAD dust.
